BITARE lives with presbycusis and shortsightedness relating to his age advancement. His life condition makes it very hard for him to work out-doors and hence leaving all home’s responsibilities to his elderly spouse.
This elderly couple are living in a very pitiful small, and short house in both height and width with their grandson. They live by what WFP gives them (USD 3.71) as to some other refugee in Uganda. Also from their kitchen gardening, they grow some food crops and vegetables to make soup. Their most aspiration in their old age is to find a decent shelter to live in and having their grandson staying and performing well at school.
