Let’s Help International (LHI) Appoints Euthalie Dusengeyezu as CEO of LHI Uganda

Let’s Help International (LHI) Uganda is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Euthalie Dusengeyezu as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LHI Uganda, effective May 11th, 2026.

Euthalie brings more than 14 years of experience in education, community development, refugee empowerment, and humanitarian leadership. Throughout her service with LHI and other community-led initiatives, she has demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism, and commitment to advancing locally led solutions for refugee and host communities.

Prior to this appointment, Euthalie served as Education Programs Coordinator at LHI in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement, where she played a major role in strengthening education and digital inclusion programs. She also serves as Assistant Programs Director at KRLON – Kyaka II Refugee Led Organization Network).

With extensive experience in digital literacy and community empowerment, Euthalie has contributed to initiatives focused on education, youth and women empowerment, leadership development, advocacy, and community resilience.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Euthalie will provide strategic leadership and oversight for LHI Uganda operations and programs. Her responsibilities will include:

  • Leading organizational growth and strategic planning
  • Coordinating staff, volunteers, and program implementation
  • Strengthening partnerships with stakeholders, donors, and community organizations
  • Supporting fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives
  • Ensuring accountability, transparency, and effective organizational management
  • Representing LHI Uganda at meetings, conferences, and humanitarian coordination platforms
  • Promoting education, digital inclusion, women and youth empowerment, and sustainable community development initiatives
