Sentike is the third of six siblings and currently resides with her aunt in the Kyaka 2 Refugee Settlement in Uganda. Her siblings remain in Congo with their grandmother after the tragic loss of both their parents.Although Sentike lives with her aunt, she faces significant challenges in meeting her basic needs. Her aunt often questions her contributions, asking, “How much have you worked for?” Despite these hardships, Sentike remains deeply passionate about education and dreams of becoming a teacher. She draws inspiration from her role model, her teacher Moreen, who motivates her to work hard and pursue her aspirations.
