Jean is the sixth child in a family of eight children born to Congolese parents. His mother works as a waitress in a small local restaurant and his father often makes faraway travels to search for works in the national areas like Nsambya where he spends all day long digging and wages him some plantains which he sells off in the camp with the help of his old bicycle.
Jean spends most of his time playing various games around with neighboring children but his favorite is origami. In the future, he wants to own a very big wonderful bus because he wants to provide people with safe and comfortable journeys.
