Benita is the 5th of six children, born to Congolese parents who are now divorced. She stays with her mother and siblings in Kyaka 2 Refugee Settlement, Uganda. Benita feels happiest when she is at school, playing girls games. where she performs well. She has a strong desire to become a nurse, a dream she believes is in her blood. Despite the challenges of life in the camp, Benita remains motivated and hopeful, working hard to achieve her goal of helping others in the future.
